How do I use it?
Power on and select your battery
Plug into an AC outlet, switch on the charger and select the mode matching your battery’s voltage and chemistry.
Connect and choose your program
Connect using the supplied battery clamps or compatible SB-50 connection, following the manual. FASTcharge starts automatically for suitable batteries; manually activate DIAGNOSTIC for deeply discharged batteries or smaller batteries below the FASTcharge minimum capacity.
Charge, test and maintain
The selected charging program, tests your battery and switches to long-term maintenance to keep it ready between outings.

Will it work with my battery?
The OptiMate G10 supports 12V and 16V AGM lead-acid batteries, plus 12.8V/13.2V (4-cell) and 16V (5-cell) LiFePO4 lithium batteries. Select the correct voltage and battery chemistry before charging.

Yes. The G10 is designed for compatible racing and performance batteries, including those used in drag racing and circle track competition. It delivers up to 10A for 12V batteries and 8A for 16V batteries.
What is the difference between FASTcharge and DIAGNOSTIC mode?
FASTcharge quickly tops up a partially discharged battery before a race. DIAGNOSTIC mode uses AmpMatic technology to automatically adjust charging current to suit the battery, providing more thorough battery care.
